Friend of mine caught one recently, a rare find.

Anyone else get lucky on these?

A few lads had megrim in keem bay and in donegal bay. Normally the whiting beat them to the baits.

yeah seem to be getting a lot of them in Donegal bay, we used to get a lot of them when fishing commercially and these went to the french market

A bloody nightmare to wash at least 1 to 2 boxes a tow and every single one has to be individually hand washed :? .

yeah that was a bugger cleaning the gills out, worth it at payday all the same :D
